Yoga for kitesurfers, will work your whole body and mind

with specific movements and exercises on stretching, relaxing, decompressing and strengthening-

to counterbalance and regenerate the whole body which will benefit to miminimize the risk of injuries.

Also breathing exercises are a key point in this practice to help you relax and increase your focus,

alertness, and synchronicity in your movements.

 

Either preparing your body for a great day in the water or recovering from an intense kitesession - this sequences are designed to make your body feel awesome and improve your kitesurfing!

How are Yogaclasses for kitesurfers?

The yoga classes will work on stretching, relaxing, decompressing and strengthening- to counterbalance and regenerate the whole body which will benefit to miminimize the risk of injuries.

Breathing exercises are a key point in this practice to help you relax and increase your focus, alertness, and synchronicity in your movements.

You will learn how to use physics to lighten up your movements and gain a deeper grounded sensation of your body.

The aim is to decompress the spine and all joints and to relax the mostly overused outer muscle body.

This will enable you to use your inner core strength - your deep inner core muscle body.

This muscle is like a wetsuit- it is the closest muscle to your skeleton.

To access this muscle we need to first relax our outer muscle and we attain this through our breath.

It’s a multilevel routine so you can continue to challenge yourself as you grow stronger on a physical and mental level.

You will become lighter in your practice and movements in your kitesurfing and gain more mental clarity and peace.

You will gain more flexibility and access your most inner strength and power.
